Offer List Management and Bulk Edit

Offers list

To see the list of all offers choose Offers > Manage from the main menu.

Filter offers

Above the offers list there is a search form which you can use to find quickly your desired offer.Once you fill in the search criteria you can click on Filter button to apply it or on Reset button to show again all offers.

Manage offers

In the offers list you can see the most important information about the offer. To view more info about some offer you can click on offer's name.

In the top-right side of the list you can see a green button used to create new offers.

Next to each offer there are 4 buttons used to: Edit offer information, Manage forwarding rules, Clone and Delete offer.

Mass update offers

To update several offers at a time you should activate the checkboxes located in front of the offers you want to update. Once you select your first checkbox a new button "Mass edit offers" will appear above the offers list.When you finish selecting offers click on that button and the update form will be displayed.First you must select what fields you want to update, and then specify new values for each field.

When you finish filling in new information click on "Mass update" button and all selected offers will be updated at once.

Clone offer

When you click on the Clone button a new copy of the selected offer will be created. The clone will be inactive and it's name will contain a suffix containing current date and time.
